What about web hosting?
Your days of worrying about hosting your site(s) are over. All Gossh Sites are hosted for you, by us on our WordPress-optimised infrastructure. In fact, you won’t need to think about it again.
Can I sell digital products like ebooks and software?
If you can download it digitally, you can sell it with our Commerce Plan. From simple ebooks, to WordPress plugins, to memberships and forums, to just about any kind of software you can build or partner with.
Can I set up a paid membership site and sell memberships?
Absolutely, that’s what our Commerce Plan is for. You’ll be able to easily create a membership site and sell memberships, no hassle included.
Are the “included” plugins free?
Some of the plugins we’ve partnered with are free, some are not. We’ve just made it very simple — But yes, all of our partner plugins are available in both the Content and Commerce plans.
Do you automatically update the included plugins?
Yes. We take care of all that, you don't have to worry about a thing, trust us.
Can I install any plugin or just the ones available?
Yes, at your own risk. Stability and security of your server is our highest priority. If we see an issue we’ll let you know!
Do you offer email?
We don't offer email. We can help you set them up at an additional cost.
Do you offer domains?
We don't offer domains, but we can help you with selecting a domain registrar.
Can you help me move/migrate my existing WordPress site?
Moving your existing content to Gossh Sites can be done seamlessly, in just a few steps. You can leave that part to us and we will do it for free.
What if my site takes off and I get a ton of traffic/users/downloads?
After you’ve chosen your plan, don’t worry about things like RAM, GB, and bandwidth … we’re not going to charge you for going over. Here’s the thing, if you choose the Content plan and your site grows to a point that it needs more resources, we’ll let you know when it’s time to upgrade your plan.
Will my site be able to handle commerce?
With our Commerce Plan you’ll be able to easily manage just about any aspect of commerce you can dream up, no hassle included.
How do I cancel my account?
If, for any reason, Gossh isn’t your thing, you can easily cancel at anytime, with just a few clicks inside your account portal. Just remember there is a 12 month minimum contract.
How many sites can I have per plan?
Each plan is one website, complete with all of the features you see discussed on this page. So, if you need for two websites (either new, or to migrate), you’d purchase the appropriate Gossh Sites plan for each of those sites.
What about security and site backups?
Beyond the rock-solid security features built into the Gossh Framework, our architecture is expressly designed to maximise security and performance.In addition, your site is completely backed up on a daily basis, so you know that all of your data is secure.
Do you offer SSL certificates?
Yes. We offer free, automated digital SSL certificates through Lets Encrypt.
